Returns & Refund Policy


At Yesterday’s Outfit, every item is made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, colour, or design, or if you simply change your mind.


Please review all product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.


Eligible for a Replacement or Refund


If your order arrives:


  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect due to a manufacturing error


please contact us within 30 days of delivery.


To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include:


  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem


Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange either:


  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund, where appropriate.


In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged or defective item.


Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds


We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:


  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect colour selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Orders placed with an incorrect delivery address
  • Minor variations in print placement, embroidery, or colour that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances
  • Damage caused through normal wear, misuse, or incorrect washing


Lost or Delayed Orders


If your parcel appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.


If tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbours, your local delivery office, or any designated safe place before contacting us.
